Join the Packard Proving Grounds as it embarks on a journey toward its centennial celebration. This family-friendly event commemorates the 95th birthday of this beautiful, historical site. Classic car enthusiasts are invited to showcase their vehicles along the boulevard during the Cruise-In Car Show. From there, you can indulge your sweet tooth in the Cake and Ice Cream Social held in the Repair Garage from 6pm to 8pm. Please RSVP by emailing hello@packardprovinggrounds.org, so we can ensure there's enough cake and ice cream for all guests. Participate in our Birthday Card Contest for a chance to win a t-shirt and hat of your choice from the PPG gift shop. Get creative and showcase your artistic talents by crafting a unique birthday card that captures the spirit of this historic milestone. Cards can be hand-delivered on the day of the event, mailed to the Packard Proving Grounds, or emailed to hello@packardprovinggrounds.org. Donations can be made online at packardprovinggrounds.org/donate and go toward the continued preservation and enhancement of this historic landmark. Alternatively, you can mail your donation to the Packard Proving Grounds. Please make checks payable to the Packard Motor Car Foundation. Parking is located on the front yard of the grounds and extends to the lot behind Independent Bank. Bring a picnic dinner, and feel free to explore the grounds further by joining our guided tours, providing an in-depth look into the rich history and significance of the Packard Proving Grounds.
